Blocked sites list in IE8

I've seen this issue due to a very large blocked sites list in IE8. I don't remember if the list is actually called "blocked sites", but there is basically a black list of sites in IE8, and when you are using the embedded browser, that whole list gets looked through when you open an HTML MIME message. Clear out that black list. Keep in mind that *I believe* that list can get created due to A/V.
